Come on in, guys! For your first true challenge as Rookies vs. Veterans, you will be competing in a variation of the game Battleship! Here's how it works, below you will see a grid for your tribe. Use this to determine where you will place your markers. (the images are larger when viewed in their raw form)Each tribe has twenty markers to put on their board. One square equals one marker, there is no set amount of markers for you to put together, you can separate them individually, create lines, rows, horizontal, diagonal and vertical patterns whatever you feel like! One rule when it comes to placing markers; each tribe mate must be responsible for hiding two of them, and all twenty must be on the board and officially submitted in your respective tribe forum before Part II of the competition officially begins.Part I - PreparationFor the first part of the challenge, players will have twelve hours from this post going up to discuss with their tribe as to where they want their markers to be. Once your tribe is happy, post the game board image with your 20 selections in an official "Immunity Challenge #1," thread in your tribe forum. Be warned that once it's in, amending the post in anyway is forbidden. If both tribes submit their official markers during the twelve hours, the second part will begin earlier. Majority rules..Part Two - Shooting & ScoringThe second part of the challenge will take place in this thread. Either Sandy, Tucker or Britti will begin the challenge and will last twenty-four hours. This part is largely self-governed so we advise you read this section in full and ask any questions to a Production member.Only 2 players at each quarterly interval (:15, :30, :45 & :00) can post a coordinate they would like to hit in this thread. A member from the opposite tribe must then post whether that coordinate was a hit or miss. Players cannot continue the game until the two co-ordinates fired have been confirmed by the opposite side. If there are no opposing tribe mates online, whichever host is around will announce hits and misses. If a member of Production, or an opposing tribe mate are not around, the game will be stand-stilled until an appropriate person states whether the prior shots were a hit or a miss. To post a co-ordinate, post the following;[NAME] takes a shot at [Co-ordinate]If you posted at the quarterly interval but your post is listed 3rd, 4th, etc. then the post must be deleted. Additionally, players cannot edit their shot post or it will be invalidated. Keep in mind that proboards has it's own timer. When a thread is spammed by multiple people at once, some posts my appear out of order when looking at posting times. Whichever two post proboards deems first, according to the time, will be the ones that count, even if your post appears first but has a later time. One side rule about firing shots; if you make contact with a marker you cannot fire another shot until someone else on your tribe has made contact with a marker from the opposing tribe. The challenge will end when all twenty markers on one side have been hit or after twenty-four hours the tribe that scored the most hits. Losers will head to Tribal Council where the third player will be voted out of the game. Any questions, contact Production.iSurv1vors ready? GO!

If somebody doesn't show up can we place markers on their behalf?
No, any players that do not put their markers on the board will not count and the opposing tribe will have less targets to hit.
